- Bookings and Payments

Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to departure are subject to a partial refund or no refund, depending on the terms of the specific package. • Company Cancellations: If Raya Tour & Travel is forced to cancel a tour or service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political instability), clients will be offered an alternative package or a full refund.
- Responsibilities and Client Expectations
3.1 Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing accurate personal information and travel documentation (e.g., passports, visas, medical requirements). Clients must adhere to the local laws and regulations of the destinations they visit and behave in a manner that does not disrupt the enjoyment or safety of others.
3.2 Health and Safety: Clients are encouraged to have adequate travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and lost luggage. It is the client’s responsibility to inform Raya Tour & Travel of any special health conditions or needs prior to booking.
3.3 Travel Documents: Clients are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary travel documents (passport, visa, etc.) for their trip. Raya Tour & Travel is not liable for any issues arising from missing or incorrect documents.
- Liability and Limitations
4.1 Limitation of Liability: Raya Tour & Travel will make every effort to ensure the safety and comfort of clients during their trip. However, we are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during the trip, including those caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, accidents, airline delays).
